Cancellation Policy
Attendance and Cancellation Policy At Animal Insights Consultancy Ltd, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and that schedules may occasionally need to change. To help us provide a reliable service for all learners, we kindly ask that cancellations or requests to reschedule a tutoring session are made at least 24 hours in advance. Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, we will be happy to arrange an alternative session, subject to availability. If a learner is unable to attend a scheduled online session and provides less than 24 hours’ notice, or does not attend without prior notice, the appointment will be treated as a missed session and the full session fee will remain payable. This policy helps protect the tutor’s allocated time and supports fair and consistent scheduling for all learners. We understand that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we will always aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, and for helping us maintain a reliable and positive learning environment.
